Let’s Start a Conversation
Hiring for a marketing leadership, content strategy, or growth role? Tell me what your team is working toward and where you need stronger strategy, structure, or execution.
Strategy That Moves the Work Forward
I bring strategic thinking without losing sight of execution, timelines, stakeholders, or the business outcome behind the work.
Revenue-Focused Strategy
I connect marketing activity to business goals, audience behaviour, customer journeys, and measurable outcomes rather than producing content for its own sake.
Cross-Channel Execution
My experience spans websites, SEO, social media, email, campaigns, sales enablement, Amazon, and full-funnel content strategy across complex industries.
Founder-Led Leadership
Building my own business taught me to lead contributors, coordinate contractors, manage client expectations, make decisions, and remain accountable for delivery.
Systems That Scale
I build clear workflows, messaging systems, campaign frameworks, and repeatable processes that help teams deliver stronger work with less confusion.
Where I Can Add the Most Value
I am most interested in roles where I can connect strategy, messaging, team coordination, campaign execution, and performance across the business.
What Hiring Managers Ask
Straight answers to common questions about my experience, capabilities, and approach to marketing.
My leadership experience includes building and managing my own marketing business, coordinating remote contributors and contractors, creating workflows, assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and remaining accountable for client outcomes. In agency environments, I also work across strategy, production, design, SEO, and account teams to keep complex projects aligned and moving.
The strategic foundation is similar: understand the audience, the decision being made, the barriers to action, and the business outcome. For B2B, I typically place more emphasis on complex buying journeys, multiple stakeholders, sales enablement, trust, and demonstrating expertise over time. For B2C, the path is often faster and more emotionally driven, so the creative, offer, customer experience, and immediate reason to act carry more weight.
I use AI to strengthen research, organize source material, identify patterns, develop structured first drafts, explore creative directions, document processes, and accelerate repetitive production work. I build clear prompts and workflows around brand standards, approved source material, and human review. Strategy, judgment, fact-checking, final messaging, and quality control remain human-led.
My strongest hands-on paid-media experience is with Amazon PPC, including campaign structure, keyword and search-term analysis, bid adjustments, budget management, and listing conversion alignment. I have also planned and managed smaller-scale Meta campaigns for my own business, developed paid creative for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and written a significant volume of Google Ads copy. I understand the platforms, campaign logic, creative requirements, and performance signals, with paid media complementing my broader strength in strategy, messaging, content, and conversion.
I begin with the business objective and work backward to the few metrics that show whether the strategy is creating progress. Depending on the campaign, that may include qualified traffic, engagement rate, click-through rate, conversion behaviour, lead quality, sales activity, or revenue. I use performance data to identify what should be improved, expanded, repositioned, or stopped.
My experience spans website strategy, SEO, social media, email, lifecycle campaigns, sales enablement, Amazon, long-form content, landing pages, brand messaging, and campaign planning. I regularly work with WordPress and Divi, Canva, Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Descript, platform analytics, Search Console, and reporting environments such as Looker Studio.
My work spans financial services, real estate, healthcare, technology, SaaS, industrial manufacturing, media, retail, e-commerce, home services, professional services, beauty, consumer products, and outdoor recreation. That range has strengthened my ability to learn quickly, translate complex offers, and adapt strategy without relying on one industry playbook.
My standard notice period for a full-time role is two weeks. Timing can be discussed based on the opportunity and the company’s hiring process.
